A Folding Helmet

Although we're not big fans of wearing helmets while cruising on our folding bikes, we do sort of like this concept.  This folding helmet was in the news many years ago, but nothing seemed to have happened since then.  Their website is also no longer up and running (www.stashkit.com).
Are there any other folding helmet designs out there?
